BOX FEED SYSTEM
The Wagner Sprint X is a Manual powder coating unit available in either box feed or hopper. The unit has a robust trolley with vibrating table. A fluid bed in the hopper version guarantees an ideal powder preparation. The injector allows for a continuous and calm powder cloud.

The Wagner PEM-X1 is the latest manual powder gun in the Wagner range. Weighing only 490g, the PEM-X! is a lightweight among powder guns. Despite being light, it maintains its robust design. The integrated remote control allows for a quick adjustment of the powder amount. Via a double click on the trigger, switching to another mix recipe is simple and fast.
The Wagner Powder cup laboratory set is a useful, handy, flexible yet high performing equipment for powder coating component parts and small amounts as required in laboratory and development use.
The PEM-X1 CG is also the ideal companion for field service personnel who need a unit on site for trials and test etc.

WAGNER AUTOMATIC
POWDER SYSTEMS
The Wagner Automatic powder application equipment can be supplied as a fully integrated automatic powder coating system, alternatively the Wagner powder application system can be retrofitted to existing systems where replacement of just the application system is required.
WAGNER POWDER RECIPROCATORS
The Wagner reciprocators are available in various stroke lengths and are ATEX approved. They can be supplied as part of a fully automatic powder line or can be integrated into and existing system that requires upgrading. The reciprocators can also be used in liquid coating applications.
WAGNER POWDER BOOTHS WITH OR WITHOUT RECOVERY
Wagner offer a range of standard powder booths for manual or automatic use. The booths are "Plug and Play" type booths and offer a standard solution for powder application without the expense of custom made spray booths. The booths are available as spray to waste or with recovery.
